Altair updated the blade designs to not require the finger cutting. Giovanni had all his fingers. Altair had all his on the hand with the second blade he built. All Assassins post-Altair were able to keep their fingers. There were just some, like the Spanish Brotherhood, who kept up the tradition. ZeusPheonix.

He needed the hidden blade simply because in Assassin's Creed II it is claimed that he used it. The fanbase would hate Ubi Quebec if they forgot about it (more than many already do). Maple905. • 3 yr. ago. Exactly. They should have portrayed the assassination differently. They way he did it, he didn't need to use it. It even predated the very origins of the assassin's brotherhood. RELATED: How Long It Takes To Beat Every Assassin's Creed Game. This hidden blade is given to Bayek of Siwa - a Medjay - and he

It was revealed in the artbook for origins that the blade was originally used ontop of the wrist, which was used for more combat purposes. The blade was used beneath the wrist for stealth purposes. Ontop of the wrist, it can be stealth, but more for open combat. •. I'm thinking it was safe to use even when Bayek wore it. That is what has happened in all of the games. What it comes down to is that the Assassins consider any established government favorable to what the Templars have planned, hence why you see Assassins fraternise with the likes of Cleopatra, Lorenzo de' Medici, Suleiman the Magnificent, King Henry VII of England, Tokugawa Ieyasu, Queen Victoria and Vladimir Lenin, among others. This weapon is hidden up your wrist, and it is activated with a flick of the wrist. The origins of the blade are interesting, with one of the first Assasins, Darius, using it to kill King Xerxes I. The Hidden Blade is a concealable weapon that is composed of a narrow blade set into a channel on the underside of a bracer or gauntlet. Controlled by a spring-loaded mechanism, the blade can spontaneously extend and retract from its position. This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game.
Assassins Creed Origins is a great game 100% but : It is NOT an Assassins Creed game any more. And anyone denies that fact, he didn't play the all parts of game. I gotcha. I think that the final one is probably the most practical IRL, and that the skeleton blade is probably pretty shitty for actually stabbing anything. I just feel that, since the game focuses so much on the foundation of the brotherhood, a hidden blade in the (vague) shape of the assassin's logo is a much better fit.

Hey guys today I am showing how to use the hidden blade in actual combat on Assassin's Creed Valhalla! Hopefully you enjoyed and thanks for watching!(Not sur

I'm not to sure how many levels higher an enemy can be that assures an instant kill. However, don't dismiss the hidden blade as a first strike option. If it doesn't kill, it still hits with very high damage. Particularly if you have good gear. Have fun! AC Orgins is a masterpiece.

Imo the hidden blade should stay as a tool for silent assassinations only, like in Unity and Syndicate. Being able to fight groups of enemies and even parry attacks with just a hidden blade makes it too game-breaking and OP. And if you enter open conflict, grab your spear, sword, long bow, or whatever, and fight.
There has to be a Brotherhood in this next game and there has to be a Hidden Blade. Not only does the game supposedly takes place after Origins, we had a proto Assassin brotherhood in the Viking era circa 900 AD in The Las Descendants novels, which I am currently reading. Yes, Leonardo does say he modified the hidden blade in AC2, but Ezio is still branded on the ring finger in a ceremony in AC2 and Lucy gave Desmond a hand sign hiding her ring finger to show her loyalty to the Assassins, so it was important to the Order. 1. temcasadanogrupo. • 3 yr. ago. Close, but Altair was the one that researched and developed an improved hidden blade that didn't require sacrificing a finger. It was written by Altair in his Codex in AC2. Ezio was fortunate to have a great friend like Leonardo who was crafty to build him two hidden blades that didn't force Ezio to lose both fingers. He just came up with techniques for two hidden blades and then made them part of standard Assassin training. The hidden blade in Altaïr’s time required the finger sacrifice. That might’ve contributed to it. He was able to reduce the profile of the hidden blade. They were kinda bulky before Altaïr's time, because the mechanism was more .
